I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. This veterinarian always sends reminder cards for pets annual exams and in addition to this we always look forward to receiving the adorable cards they send out during the holidays. I've never seen a vet that goes so above and beyond to make their patients feel appreciated.
