I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.
