I had my breast enlarged twice by Dean Kane...1st time was saline, 2nd time was silicone....here is an example of how good they look..I had a chest x-ray and the Dr wanted to show me something..after we talked I said I have implants, he said you do????? He said I would have never known unless you told me....Got a second x-ray because the 1st one showed up spots....the Dr. that read the 2nd x-ray said nice breast...it was a she....she couldn't beleive they were not real.....they are beautiful!!!!!!
