I have been to this office twice, the first time it took forever for someone to come in the room to see me. I was asked to try a new laser for acne so I went for it. Only to find out later that it was extremely expensive and not covered by insurance, it also only works if you continue the treatment every few weeks which I was not willing to do (or told about).

My second (and last) visit was equally as terrible. I called prior to making the appointment to check how much an office visit was. Since I was an existing patient I was told the charge was less than $100. So even though I didn't have a great experience my first time I decided to give them a second chance. I was brought into the room by a nurse fairly quick and was told someone would be right in. Since it was taking forever I left to use the restroom. I saw the nurse chatting to someone so I asked where the restroom was. I went back to the room and continued waiting. A while after the nurse and the person she was chatting with came in to take care of my procedure. So while the two were chatting they could have been helping me get out of there. The procedure was completed and I bled everywhere, I feel like I could have done a better job.

I got the bill three months later and of course I was charged the amount of a non existing patient, the person I talked to prior to making my appointment either lied or had no idea what they were talking about. I called to discuss this charge with billing and she didn't understand what I was talking about at all and kept talking about my insurance company (they weren't the problem). I asked to speak to a manager and was told they weren't in. After I asked to speak with someone that could help I was handed off to the office manager (the one that supposedly wasn't in the office). She cut me off 2-3 times and was not understanding in the situation at all. I think the whole office is unprofessional, unwilling to help customers and just plain rude. Save yourself and go somewhere that cares.
