Lynda has helped me figure out what is causing my depression and PTSD.. she is easy to talk to and asks questions to help me dig deep for the answers. I feel so relaxed and happy after a session. She has invoked my husband to realized when I’upset and to help me get through it.

Lynda helped me when I thought I was beyond help! She lead me see things that I was doing that needed to change to make my relationships be much more healthy and rewarding. In other words...........she taught me to make better choices for myself!!
