Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
