Insightful, calls it like it is, gives you tools to handle your challenges. Lauren is top-notch. She taught me how to take control and address things in my life that needed it, at a pace I could handle. Today I am a much better, stronger, and happier person based on her efforts. Her approach is direct and honest...which may not be for everyone...but I am really thankful I landed in her office and not someone else's!
