I would recomend Cindy to anyone. She is caring and kind. She will listen without any judgement and help you in anyway possible for you to become or feel like your true self again. I believe that Cindy has a wide range of knowledge when it comes to different types of truma related problems and alcohol abuse. She teaches you to look inside yourself and help give you certain tools that are related specificly to your own needs that will help you move forward in life. I had a lot of fear in my life before meeting Cindy and she helped me see the beauty in life and within myself that I hadn't seen in a very long time. With Cindy's help I was able to develop and discover stability emotionaly,mentaly, and physicaly. I learned to depend on myself. Cindy saved my life. I was very fragile when meeting her and now I am at Peace. Thank you for all you have done.
