My son used her a few times. I found it difficult to get information from her for insurance reimbursement, she was not very helpful or cooperative. To make matters more confusing, she gave different information over the phone than what was in the patient/provider agreement she gave us. Recently, his next appointment was to be on Presidents day (a holiday that is observed by some businesses but not all). She said to my son "see you next Monday" (Presidents day), but when he showed up (he had to take time off work to do so and lost 2 hours pay), she was not there, she did not call and when we tried calling her there was no answer, even the answering machine was not picking up. Her rates are 10-15% higher than other similar providers I have found. My opinion is that she seems to be primarily concerned with turning a profit, helping patients is secondary.
