They do not have admin or staff readily accessible to answer or process paperwork. Meaning the lack of human connection! They should have admin in case you need to request your records etc. There are legal standards established by APA that they must meet. They lack this and do not respond in an appropriate timely manner. Most importantly no therapist should be talking about the world ending and it's a good time to be a Christian this is countertransference and unethical.
