Reminds me of Dr Phil. Dr McDonald helped my family with a teenager take responsibility for our own actions and not dodge the facts of our roles in our dynamics. He's gentle and expects a full partnership with his patients.

I highly recommend him if you really want to make progress in your emotional well-being.
