They were cold and not friendly enough. This therapist was completely biased and totally took one side over the other. It was unreal how unfair and unprofessional they were. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.
