They ignored my concerns about my son. Their staff was not friendly at all, they were very rude when I would call in to speak to my son. Every time I called in to speak to my son there was some kind of problem speaking to him or my password not being correct. It was always something to cause a problem. Even after receiving my legal paper work showing I had legal right to know about my son I was still treated like a piece of dirt. The day he was discharged they were very rude and would not give me any information as if I was some criminal calling in.
