TERRIBLE. The therapist was very unsure of himself. No confidence at all. And I am supposed to trust him in diagnosing my child. Then we received a bill for psychological testing which we never took. I called to find out what the charge was for and they told me that they sent me an email for psychological testing for my son and that that was what the charge was for. I told them I never received the email, never completed testing and never got a final assessment. They told me it does no matter, I am charge regardless, the minute the email with the test is sent out. So - they allegedly send me an email with a test in it which I never received and never completed the test and never sent it back in and they are charging me $50! They refused to remove the charge and the receptionist was rude and condescending! BAD BUSINESS. DISHONEST! STAY AWAY!!!!!
