Judgmental and unable to entertain the possibility she may have misperceived something. Actually raises her voice and berates you if you question her. Unpleasant. She exhibits an extremely fragile yet bloated ego. And I have worked with good self-reflective and guiding therapists, so this is an informed and comparative review. Norene's self-centeredness gets in the way of her professionalism and undermines what skills she may be trying to apply.
