I integrate many psychotherapeutic and mindfulness practices in an exploration of how you have learned to restrict and promote your engagement with life. We bring focused attention to your experiencing and a non-judgemental investigation of your internal and external realities, your familiar habits, and frontiers for new ways of being.
I have been working with individual and relationship clients on this path since l973, in private practice since l982, and have been training psychotherapists as a faculty member with the Gestalt Institute of Phoenix since l982. It remains a wonderful priviledge to be a part of each journey.

There are many obstacles and distractions to unfolding the potential of your unique life. We compare ourselves to others, shrink from their criticisms, fear to take a risk, cling to the familiar, flounder in despair, mercilessly pick ourselves apart, numb ourselves with indulgences, loose ourselves in work and other demands of living, stumble on a loss or life change, get stuck in unrewarding relationship patterns. He is an excellent therapist. He helped my family several years ago and now I am thinking about seeing him again. My only concern is I wish I could use my insurance coverage.
