I really was enjoying my counseling today until my therapist took over as office manager / billing / insurance ???? WTF, so 20 minutes into the session I get asked about an email about a cancelled appt? Been over this before, but instead of the I don't know office manager calling me, into my session I am paying for. I got hot, trying to work through PTSD from childhood and the Iraqi war 03-06. So who ever this Ann Miller is, I am not responsible for your billing dept I have tried many times to communicate, and I won't be paying for today's session. Office staff here are friendly but suck at their job, insurance is quick to get you off the phone, I liked the counselor, even though I had to end the call abruptly. I see why my psychiatrist made that hmmmm sound where I said I was going to go for follow up therapy
