Susan has been seeing individuals and couples for more then 30 years, helping them to learn more about themselves and their partners so they can achieve their goals and have happier lives. She helps those struggling with inner conflict and relationship issues to learn new skills that maximize the opportunities that conflict creates. She also works with divorcing couples to help them move through this difficult process with the least amount of damage to themselves and their children, learning new ways of communicating for the best interest of their children. Co-parenting is a combination of a shared commitment to the best interest of the children, an understanding of what children at different developmental stages need from their parents, developing agreed upon strategies, and developing problem solving skills.
Susan also works with individuals trying to navigate periods of transition in their lives that engender feelings of loss, self-doubt, family conflict, and anxiety, or simply a desire for personal growth.
