One of the first things I noticed about this business was that they were not handicap-accessible and offered no means for handicapped individuals to enter the building. There were barriers everywhere making it practically impossible to get in the front door. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.
