She took next to no history. She said she doesn't like labels & diagnoses, yet diagnosed me within 20 minutes of meeting me. She offered unrealistic, textbook solutions that didn't work, which she would have known had she taken a history. It was definitely not the warm, welcoming, "we're in this together & I'll help you" experience I anticipated. It felt hurried, scripted, impersonal, and like I was to blame for everything wrong.
