Paul Ramos, Master Instructor
Been operating in Takoma Park/ Silver Spring MD since 1985. Have trained Adults, children, job site wellness programs and Senior programs for over 25 years. Each student works at their own pace and progresses according to their own skills and timetable. The school focuses on the individual gaining skill instead of simply breaking a sweat. Although they are not a commercial school they have trained over 30 US National Champions in various types of soft and hard Kung fu , Pushing Hands, and Swordplay.
