Dove's class is an amazing energetic group experience, consisting of aerobic muscle sculpting drills. These drills isolate every muscle group in the body, focusing on intense endurance training. The music pumps you up and keeps you going as you are led through various strength and cardiovascular circuits. Drawing from Dove's extensive training in fitness and dance, she continuously creates new and innovative formats. You will never take the same class twice, ever.
Her technique incorporates lunges, pushups, squats, dips, situps, hi/low impact step-ups, free weight training, etc.; utilizing soft steps, free weights, ankle weights, pilates ball, medicine balls, balance discs, ballet barres, jump ropes, resistance bands, hula hoops, bamboo barres, mats, and cardiovascular machines.
The energy you receive from Dove's class carries you through this powerful workout experience, which creates visible results immediately. Mindful Movement Yoga & Meditation:
Join us for a lunchtime yoga class to ground you in your day. Take an hour to drop into your body and out of your mind. Allow the thinking mind to rest as you consciously choose mindfulness. In this class we will share the challenges of traditional yoga poses along with an awareness of breath work. This will be a mixed level Vinyasa flow class. The focus will be in moving mindfully with the intention of creating harmony within our bodies and our minds. We will conclude our workout with a guided Vipassana Meditation. This class will be taught in my unique style so you will be constantly challenged in new ways every week while gaining strength, improving technique as well as deepening your practice. There will be music used in class. We will have special guests to expand our practice and broaden our experiences with mindfulness, meditation and yoga. Please bring yoga mat and towel to class. Please turn cell phones off upon arrival. If you need to leave early please do so quietly as to not disturb your neighbors.
