Dr. Carter as I call him was one of the most wonderful men I ever knew next to my father. He assisted me through many personal health opportunities and I enjoyed sharing the mike with him for many years on "Walk Your Way To Wellness". He will be missed in he Community and by close friends of mine that used his health expertise. My condolences and continued prayers to his Angel Wife.
