Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer.
