We serve breakfast from 7am to 3pm, Mon to Sat. Everything is cooked to order, and we use only the healthiest ingredients. Our focus is nutritious meals, while offering indulgent meals for those occasions where you just want to eat. Ozz used to run RVA Wellness Cafe, a Herbalife Nutrition Club for the past two years, and as he researched the different products on the market - he developed his own solutions for working with customers to achieve their weight goals. However, many people would ask, "What can I eat with this?". So, he partnered with his Mother, JoAnn, who had been running a successful catering business across North Georgia up to Chattanooga TN. Together, Mom and Son now focus on offering people solutions while making sure it tastes great. We have a wide range of vitamin enriched protein shakes that taste as good as a milk shake, now with over 57 flavors.

The back of our cafe operates a small meeting area, used for ESL (English as a Second Language), along with basic Spanish, Computer Basics, and even advanced Software Development and Network Security classes. These classes were driven by the requests of our customers - sharing our skills at an affordable rate. When not in use for classes, other businesses rent the area for private meetings - like RVA Connect Sessions for example.
