I am having a horrible experience with this agent and StateFarm.
They sold me 3 insurance products, homeowners, auto & umbrella and I paid in full for one year. They said everything was good and final so I canceled my previous insurance.
Then about a month later I received a letter from StateFarm canceling my insurance. My agent said it was an error on their end and it would be resolved. However about 5 weeks later I learn it was not corrected and they are indeed dropping my insurance. This now put me in a terrible position as it destroyed my insurance score. Not because of anything I did but because of an error StateFarm made...that's all it takes for them to ruin someone's ability to get insurance. (Because other carriers ask if you have ever had coverage dropped.)
I did finally get other insurance and canceled the StateFarm policies (because they forced me to), however now they won't refund my money! I have contacted them many times and I never get a response and they have not refunded any of the policies that were terminated/canceled.
I didn't believe any company could have customer support this bad, until now. Buyer beware. Do not purchase from this company unless you are willing to have your insurance canceled for no reason of yours, have your insurability gravely damaged for no reason of yours, and then lastly they will not give you a refund after forcing you to cancel the policies. So then you have to seek legal help to get your own money back! It's frustrating beyond belief.
