Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. They canceled my life ins over an 88 cent interest payment after i had paid this bunch 20 yrs.Not one I talked to in that office over a 3 mo period of time knew as much about business as a kinder garden student.Yes I a,m pissed and this won't be the end of it.But i am glad I got the shaft before i was dead and my poor daughter had to deal with them.Will tell the whole world do not be took by investors Hertiage.
