Agency/Adjusters Illogical and Unethical A Scam of a Business

Accident occurred 3 weeks ago with they're insured clearly at fault. We were backed out of a parking spot and getting ready to go forward, we had cleared they're insured completely she was now on the side of our car., they're insured was in the drive thru lane, (supposed to go forward) and decided they wanted to reverse all a sudden and smashed into the side of our vehicle. Well the Adjuster at this location, Stephanie whom I'm assuming is trying to meet a quota or is NEW, has been completely rude to myself and my husband. Putting fault onto us for the incident. Telling us we aren't reasonable drivers and should be aware of our surroundings, after repeated calls to company because they sent us no information in any way shape or form, so I had to pester them every week, they came to a conclusion that we are 60% at fault and they're client is 40% at fault even though they hit the side of our car! They're 20yr old insured evaded them, they finally received a statement from her & stand behind the illogical decision. She was going so fast the whole rear bumper of her car is smashed in, from the impact of hitting my rear wheel well. This Company AMERICAN FAMILY INSURANCE IS A SCAM! I would never recommend them to anyone
