I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
