Sherry Lauer Dress has such strong biases against hospitals, c-sections and medical intervention of any kind. Her biases, and her pride, have resulted in the death of my baby. She was not able to read the signs that I would have needed a c-section or the signs that the baby was in distress. He died due to lack of oxygen. The doctors said I should have been brought to the hospital 3 hours after I was complete. Instead it was 10, and only because my mom insisted. Sherry seemed to be unconcerned.

I have received care from Sherry on and off for 20 years. She has always been patient, available, competent, kind and confident which made me feel safe in her care. She genuinely cares about each person and takes great pains to make sure that she listens well, has the most up to date natural care information/treatment options, and makes the things you need available as affordably as she possibly can so as many people who wish to can afford to access her care. I just wish I could keep her near to me but I move around alot so I get to her when I can...she hasn't changed except to say that she is always learning more and adding to what she knows so she's always getting better.
I know this is kind of gooey/gushing. I don't usually feel this way about health care practitioners but I really appreciate her and all her efforts.
