The diet uses HMR Meal replacements along with fruits and vegetables and weekly classes. After visiting them I'm completely positive that I'm going to be able to reach my health goals. They are experts, and are entirely committed to helping me. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
