I was very disappointed at the level of care given to my mother while staying at Freedom Square Nursing Home. She was not given good care during her visit; staff not attentive to resident's needs; including hygiene. I found the staff very rude to family members. In many instances I did not feel some of the staff were aware/nor followed the written standards of the facility and OSHA. I would never recommend this facility to place a loved one.

I was extremely disappointed in the brief time I was involved with the facility. The nursing staff was not nice, and patients waited very long periods of times for their call lights to be answered. It was a dingy place, with the exception of the dining hall. There were nice amenities on the property, but the nursing home itself was not good at all. It was cold and uncomfortable!
