Office staff very helpful, answered all my questions and explained everything thoroughly. The building is attractive and definitely fits in with the Victorian era. Building was very clean and residents seemed happy and friendly. It is in a great location.

They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous.
