Beware of this place.
Management and maintenance on this mobile home park are awful. The manager Kelly Sommers is never at her office and never answers her bussines phone. She is completely irresponsible and lacks business ethics. Maintenance never gets done and the mobile homes and the surrounding area are deteriorating fast. The trash is always scttered around the trash containers and no one bothers to pick it up. We had many issues while residing at this community but the following are some of the major problems we had:
It took us 1 week after signing a lease and 20+ phone calls to the manager (Kelly) to get the keys to our mobile home. (we were already paying rent)
The key to our mail box was given to us about a month later after MANY phone call and messages to kelly.
The home was dirty and even though many promises were made, Kelly nor her husband (who is in charge of maintenance) never got any cleaning done.
One of our toilets did not work for the whole time of our lease.
A broken window never got replaced.
Overall the place looks trashed and management seems to care only about charging rent without maintaining the park in good shape.
I am giving this place 1/2 star because I cant chose zero.
This is not a retirement community. They do not even do background checks and let anybody willing to pay rent move in.

This place is very reasonable in price. However, management is the most unprofessional and irresponsible possible. Every time you call for a maintenance problem or any other issue you may have, they always send you in circles saying we will be in this afternoon and never show up. You call them the next day and they say the exact same thing or better yet wont even answer the phone. Kelly (manager) always tells you, " we will get thing fixed today" but weeks will pass before you get your problem taken care of. Manager is hardly ever at office so good luck getting a hold of her. So if you are willing to sacrifice having a headache every now and then to save a few bucks, go for it!
