Arden Courts Alzheimer's Assisted Living in Cherry Hill, NJ is a very warm and caring facility. My mother who has dementia could no longer live with us at home. I worried about her being in a facility but Arden has exceeded my expectations. The staff, who have been there for years, know all the residents and treat them with kindness and respect. The staff from top to bottom--the administrator, the nurses, the aides, the maintenance people, the chef, the receptionist and everyone else-- really care about the residents and go above and beyond to make them happy. The staff also makes concerted efforts to communicate with families to let them know how their loved one is doing, especially now with covid-19 when we are unable to visit in person. In fact, staff go out of their way to do video chats between residents and families so we can see that they are healthy and doing well. Arden of Cherry Hill also realized the seriousness of the situation ahead of most other places and have been able to keep all the residents safe and healthy. It is a wonderful place and I recommend it highly!
