CAUTION!!!!! Buyer beware.... After moving Mom and Dad here from Kiowa, KS to get them closer to us, we quickly became aware of numerous issues. Including poor staffing ratio. Not only was the entire process mis-represented to us to get us to sign on the dotted line, but we then were hit with a rent increase quickly. Like $3400.00 wasn’t enough, for a very simple two bed apartment. We then found ourselves more and more frustrated. Deciding to move them home, we then turned in notice and paid another month of rent and moved their things out by the 12th of November and went back on the 15th to do a final cleaning and found that they had already taken possession and were painting and getting things ready to rent. Now we are being billed for additional days in December late as of the 5th and the bill was postmarked the 7th.... lol this place really knows how to drain the elderly. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are happy to have Mom and Dad at home with us and use Magnolia in home which offers us peace.....
