Keifer's Quarters is a privately own Class C Rooming House for Senior Citizens who are still active and wish to be independent, yet want the warmth and security of round the clock supervision, with emergency health assistance at hand.
We offer delicious home cooked meals. We provide full housekeeping and laundry service as well as bathing, personal grooming and supervision with medications.
We're located just 5 houses from the boardwalk and a few short blocks to downtown Point Pleasant Beach and N.J. Transit.

***** PLEASE NOTE: THIS FACILITY PRETENDS TO BE AN ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY BY USING STATIONERY WHICH CROSSES OUT ASSIST- ED TO ASSIST-IN. ACCORDING TO THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY THEY ARE A CHEAP LITTLE BOARDING HOUSE POSING AS AN ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY. NO TELEPHONES. THEIR ROOM CHARGES ARE EXORBITANT, AS ARE THEIR PHARMACY CHARGES DUE TO A COZY LITTLE RELATIONSHIP WITH THE PHARMACY. GO ELSEWHERE.

Disgusting. Abuse owners. No one to administer medication but Spanish-only speaking kitchen and housekeeping 'staff'. At night, no one is there. A young male teenager crashed into my mother's room at 2 AM. Nasty Cindy and the imperious Mrs. Keiffer. A nightmarish mother/daughter team. multiple use miniscule bathrooms. No dressers for clothes. No working TVS. Supposed living room is approximately 10X12.
