Made family contact very difficult. Social worker doesn't listen. Attempted to inform them of safety and importance of family contact for patient emotional support. Social worker took patients phone away.
Then patient fell. Broke the hip. Prognosis is poor from this fall.
Family member probably will die from this fall. Nasty facility.
Money is the facility's main concerns.
Administration on down is a click running this place to save their jobs.
Administration on down thru the social worker needs to leave.
