The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Unfortunately this facility closed in Aril of 2011.
