Silver Maples of Chelsea is a well-designed, comfortably sized and carefully planned community that offers independent residential style senior living and licensed Assisted Living accommodations. A continuum of care is available for Skilled Nursing and Memory Care on a priority access basis through one of our sponsors, United Methodist Retirement Communities.
Silver Maples was founded in 1997 with a goal of addressing the needs of active seniors 62 years or better by developing a community which fosters its residents' independence, security, wellness, dignity, privacy, comfort, and well being.
The community is perfectly nestled in serene woods on 17.5 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, including several walking paths. Residents enjoy the four seasons and a variety of wildlife, yet they're just minutes away from Chelsea's quaint downtown area.
Silver Maples is a locally owned, not-for-profit Senior Living Community. We are jointly sponsored by the Chelsea Area Wellness Foundation and United Methodist Retirement Communities.
