I have a dear friend who resides in timberwood facility. She kept getting mice in her room and the staff decided to move her to another room and exterminate her apartment. She was very sick to begin with and the move stressed her out more. A lot of her personal things were thrown away, including her shoes, a small fridge, a walking cane that had belonged to her deceased mother. When she went back to retrieve some of her clothes the night of the move and they found out, they took her key away. She has an injury from a bus ride from the place when the bus hit a huge bump that could have broken a rib that was never diagnosed. All she was given was tynanol. I would not recommend this place at all.

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.
