Poor heating/air conditioning in individual rooms. I bought two indoor temperature gauges to objectively document the temperature in my relative's room on March 19, 2017. It was 89 degrees Farenheit with 45% humidity at 7:15 p.m. It had been much hotter in there earlier in the day. The hallway and central dining room were nice and cool. By the way, his door is supposed to be closed when he is alone in his room due to the violent nature of some of the other patients. Can you imagine how hot it would be in his room then!?! They have also increased the number of patients by 25% in his unit, but no increase in staff.

This is my 2nd review. I'm writing B/C, of what the staff @ V. V., has done !! This is not a joke !! Some of these Pig Farmers, should stay in Pig Farming. 05/02/2016

To Sxxxxxx, I not happy w/ u clowns. Instead of talking to me, u S. O. B.'s, go to my mother, w/ my problem that I have w/ u thoughtless Idiots @ V. V..
Why did u tell my mother, that some staffer, @ V. V., appeared to have told my mother & or brother, that I should not call my mother daily ??

How many times has someone @ V. V., the Nursing Station, informed me that ur phone may not reach my mother. At least 3 times, w/ in the last 48 hrs.

Get a phone line, that will reach to my mothers bed !! Then get a phone that works properly. Today, was the 3rd time that I used 2 different phones & still was not able to have a conversation w/ my mother.!!

Why is it, that I can call V. V.; reach the Nurses Station; the operator; leave a message for Customer Service; then talk to someone @ one of ur V. V. extensions?? But, not be able to talk w/ my mother ??

How many times are u clown's, going to tell me that 'we' have a bad connection?
When will someone @ V. V., get the phone lines to this wing fixed ??

DAMN u, for telling my mother, that I was not happy w/ the crappy service, V. V., has shown me !! That was my private business, between V. V. & me.
