First of all, as soon as Tonia answered the phone to schedule my first appointment, I had a feeling I was going to love being cared for by this team. She is so patient and sincerely kind. Immediately after I filled-out my new patient paperwork, I was called back. Dr. Li promptly arrived to my room and began getting acquainted with my reasons for seeing him. He then left while I changed into a gown for x-rays. I waited about 10 minutes for him to return, but it's because he spends a thorough amount of time with each of his patients. It was well-worth the wait. After consulting x-rays, he adjusted my back and neck and led me into the acupuncture room, where I excitedly underwent my first acupuncture treatment. Dr. Li recommended some TCM herbal remedies, which his office is well-stocked with and sells at an affordable price. He also recommended adding massage therapy to my treatment. During the entire visit, he was very attentive and personable, sharing stories of his past and his family and asking me about my stories. I think I'm going to like it here :-)
