I switched to another vet hospital after Alta Vista gave my dog shots and other treatments without discussing it with me! I was furious! They seem to just want to pad the bill. Watch out for this if you choose to stay with them!!! Also, a male technician does NOT know how to handle older, sensitive dogs...he yanked her head around in a ridiculously severe angle. No clue! I HAD to say something so he would release his grip. Dang! He is terrible.

I have been with this clinic for over 5 years. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats and they love going there! The staff is awesome and the vets are top-notch! I have had several pets move on to the Rainbow Bridge and each time the entire staff was very considerate, kind and exceptionally understanding of my grief. I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else.
