Avoid the "retreat" at Sheppard Pratt "at all costs"!! What a rip! The elegantly-appointed suites look shabby and worn - plus, the expensive food sucks (and it's always wrapped in Saran Wrap, to add a touch of elegance)!
The profit motive is clear in everything they do. And worst of all, the staff is very unhelpful. I've had better treatment from my current preferred provider - $30 co-pay.
