The office staff are unfriendly and offer minimal privacy to clients (asking for urine samples in front of everyone in the waiting room). The staff are unpleasant and I often feel I am interrupting their day and a nuisance. Cynthia Cameli is nice enough and listens and at the same time I often feel rushed, like she has better things to do.
