They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The needles didn't hurt at all during my treatment. I am scared of needles and was pleasantly surprised that I couldn't tell they were even there. I was glad that they reviewed my medical history before I started my treatment. I wouldn't trust them to give my the right treatment if they didn't know anything about me. I appreciated them taking the time to look into my medical history. You could tell that they took pride in their office because it was so clean. I appreciated the effort that they put into cleaning. I felt more confident about my appointment. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.
