Would never bring a hamster to this so-called vet. Told me to put down my 8mth old pup cause he has had two surgerys and was an "expensive pet" only went there cause pup ripped open stitches and they were closest.Misdiagnosed him,told me he had to do his whole surgery over and sayd he didn't have any emotional attachment to me or my pet. I definitely don't want someone who doesn't care about my animal.Being a vet is about caring for animals as well as treating them. Bottom line STAY AWAY!!

My family and I have been taking all of our animals here for years. We mostly have cats, 8 in total, and one dog. They have always been fantastic with every one of our pets and are very professional and gentle. They answer all of our questions, the staff are all very friendly and they seem to be reasonably priced and do not try to push products or procedures on you. The whole place is very clean and well-maintained and although I now live a little over a half hour away I still make the trip to Epping because I like this place so much.
