They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've been to this office in the past (over 3 years ago) and remembered the office staff being very kind, which I think is very important given the reason that a lot of their patients are in the office for care. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was left in the appointment room by myself (with my spouse), but they eventually returned.
