The examining rooms at their office were definitely clean and odor free. Their was NO smell and at this difficult moment made the pet, family and friends feel completely at ease. It was very clear that they did take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was clean and orderly. Their primary concern is what's best for me, family, friends and my friend's pet as we made the difficult decision of having to put down a family pet. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Thank you for wonderful, empathic service Dr. Dale!
